Upgrade your HubSpot account

If you want to upgrade to Marketing Hub Basic, Professional or Enterprise, please contact HubSpot's Sales teamYou can upgrade to HubSpot Marketing Hub StarterSales Hub Starter or Professional, or Service Hub Professional by speaking with HubSpot's Sales team or from within your HubSpot account by following the instructions below.  Learn more about what's included in each subscription.

Please note: if you want to join an existing Sales Hub Starter or Professional team, ask your team's administrator to add you to the team.

  • In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Products & Add-ons.
  • Select the subscription you want to upgrade to:  
    • To upgrade to Marketing Hub Starter, click Marketing Starter on the Marketing Hub tab.
    • To upgrade Sales Hub Starter or Professional, click Sales Starter or Sales Professional on the Sales Hub tab.  
    • To upgrade to Service Hub Professional, click Service Hub Professional on the Service Hub tab. 
  • Click the currency dropdown menu in the top right and select your currency.
  • Select your preferred billing cadence below the product list by clicking Monthly Billing or Annual Billing, then click Buy (monthly/annual) plan

  • If you are upgrading to Marketing Hub Starter or Professional:
    • Enter your company and credit card information or select an existing payment method. If you want other admins in your account to be able to use the selected payment method, check the Share this credit card with other admins box. 
    • Click Review your order.
  • If you are upgrading to Sales Hub Starter or Professional or Service Hub Professional: 
    • Select the user(s) you'd like to assign a seat to in your upgraded account. To upgrade a user, click to toggle the Sales Hub Starter, Sales Hub Professional, or Service Hub Professional switch on for that user.
    • Click Continue.
    • Enter your company and credit card information or select an existing payment method. If you want other admins in your account to be able to use the selected payment method, check the Share this credit card with other admins box. 
    • Click Review your order.

  • On the next screen, review your order and HubSpot's Terms of Service,  Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Check the I agree to these terms box, then click Complete Purchase

Your credit card will be charged according to your billing period during the subscription term, and you must keep an active card on file. Moving forward, you can update your credit card information in your account settings.

Please note: if you're a Sales Power user and want to upgrade, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar. Click Users & Teams in the left sidebar menu, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select Manage Sales Pro users to select team members to upgrade.
