To add a link to a rich text module in HubSpot:

  • In your HubSpot Marketing BasicProfessional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Content > Website PagesLanding PagesBlog, or Email.
  • Hover over the page, post, or email you'd like to edit and click Edit.
  • Click the rich text module where you'd like the link to appear.
  • Place your cursor where you'd like the link to appear or, if you already have text that you'd like to turn into a hyperlink, highlight the text.
  • In the rich text toolbar, click the Insert dropdown menu and select Insert/edit link, or click the link iconlink.

  • Set up your link:
    • Add the text that you'd like to display as a hyperlink to the Link text field. If you highlighted text before inserting your link, your highlighted text will automatically be set as the link text.
    • In the Link URL field, add the external URL you'd like to link to, or search for one of your HubSpot pages.
    • If you'd like visitors to be brought to a new browser window when they click the link, check the Open link in new window box.
    • If you can't confirm the security or accuracy of the link or if it's a paid link, click the Tell search engines not to follow this link box.
    • Click Add Link.
  • Make additional changes to your content as needed, then click Publish or Update (or send your email) to take your changes live.

To edit or remove an existing link in your rich text module:

  • In your HubSpot Marketing BasicProfessional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Content > Website PagesLanding PagesBlog, or Email.
  • Hover over the page, post, or email you'd like to edit and click Edit.
  • Click the rich text module where your link appears.
  • Click the link text, then click the pencil icon to make edits to your link URL and options, or click the trash can icon to remove the link from your text.

  • Make additional changes to your content as needed, then click Publish or Update (or send your email) to take your changes live.
