When installing the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in, you may encounter an Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor error message.
To resolve this error:
- Uninstall the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in following the instructions here.
- Open the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and end the SidekickTrayWPF.exe process.
- Navigate to Control Panel and select Programs and Features. Click to uninstall the HubSpot Sales for Windows application.
- Go to https://dl.getsidekick.com/trayapp/setup.exe, download the tray app, and run the file to reinstall.
