The HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in allows you to track and log emails and use some of the HubSpot sales tools directly in your email account. This add-in is for Windows only. Currently, Outlook installed from the Microsoft Store is not compatible with the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in. Check your Outlook version to ensure it is Click-to-run.
Once installed correctly, the add-in will appear in the main ribbon of your Outlook desktop account.
The HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in does not require a connected inbox in order to be used in the inbox, though some HubSpot sales features require a connected inbox. Log and track preferences are automatically applied and the contact profiles pane is persistent, meaning it will always be open in the inbox.
Before installing the add-in, make sure you meet the system requirements:
