Social post didn't publish at the scheduled time

If your social posts are not publishing at the exact scheduled time, but are publishing within 10 minutes of the time (before or after), it's likely that your publishing schedule is set to Publish like a human.

  • In your HubSpot Marketing Hub Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  • Click the Settings tab.
  • Click the Publishing tab.
  • In the Publish like a human setting, check if the toggle switch is ON or OFF.
