Last updated: November 9, 2023

Service Hub Enterprise

After form submission, redirect visitors to a meeting scheduling page. You can either redirect all visitors to the same meeting scheduling page, or you can configure rules to redirect to specific meeting scheduling pages based on their form responses.

Submitted form fields will automatically be populated on the meeting scheduling page. For example, if the prospect inputs their first name and email address on the form, they will not need to input the same fields again when booking a meeting.

Redirect all visitors to a single meeting scheduling page

To redirect all visitors to the same scheduling page after submitting a form:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms.
  • Hover over the form you want to edit and select Edit, or create a new form.
  • Click the Options tab.
  • In the What should happen after a visitor submits this form section, select Redirect to a Meeting scheduling page.
  • Click the dropdown menu and select Redirect everyone to the same scheduling page
  • Click the Redirect to a single meeting scheduling page dropdown menu and select the meeting scheduling page you would like to redirect visitors to.
  • Continue creating or editing your form. After you've completed setting up your form, you will need to publish the form for changes to take effect.

Redirect visitors to different meeting scheduling pages

Redirect visitors to different scheduling pages based on their form submissions. For example, if the form's state/region field contains any Southern states in the US (e.g., Florida, Georgia, South Carolina), redirect to the rep's specific meeting link for that territory. This can help automate the process of determining if a visitor is a qualified lead
