Redirect a form to a meeting scheduling page, HubSpot page, or external URL

Last updated: February 26, 2024

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Sales Hub Enterprise
Service Hub Enterprise

After form submission, you can redirect visitors to a specific meeting scheduling page, or conditionally redirect visitors to different meeting scheduling pages, HubSpot pages, or external URLs based on their form submissions.

Submitted form fields will automatically be populated on the meeting scheduling page. For example, if the prospect inputs their first name and email address on the form, they will not need to input the same fields again when booking a meeting.

Redirect all visitors to a single meeting scheduling page

To redirect all visitors to the same scheduling page after submitting a form:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms.
  • Hover over the form you want to edit and select Edit, or create a new form.
  • Click the Options tab.
  • In the Choose between displaying a thank you message or redirecting people to another option section, select Scheduling page.
  • Click the Choose which scheduling page visitors are redirected to dropdown menu and select the meeting scheduling page you would like to redirect visitors to.
  • Continue creating or editing your form. After you've completed setting up your form, you will need to publish the form for changes to take effect.

Conditionally redirect a form to a meeting scheduling page, HubSpot page, or external URL

Redirect visitors to different meeting scheduling pages, HubSpot pages, or external URLs based on their form submission information.

For example, if the form's Country field contains any Southeast Asian countries, you can redirect to the rep's specific meeting link for that territory. Alternatively, you can redirect the visitor to a website page. This can help automate the process of determining if a visitor is a qualified lead

To redirect visitors to different scheduling pages based on the values submitted in the form:
  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms.
  • Hover over the form you want to edit and select Edit, or create a new form.
