Create personalized content from segments

With segment-based remixing, you can use Breeze by HubSpot, to personalize content from contact segments. This enables you to create unique content tailored to your audience.

Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Before you get started

Before you begin working with this feature, make sure to fully understand what steps should be taken ahead of time, as well as the limitations of the feature and potential consequences of using it.

Understand requirements

To use segment-based remixing, you'll need to toggle the Give users access to generative AI tools and features and Files data switches on in AI settings.

Understand limitations & considerations

Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise is required to generate social posts. The Marketing SMS or SMS Shortcode add-on is required to generate SMS messages.

Remix content from a segment

You can use a new contact segment or an existing contact segment in segment-based remixing to generate personalized content.

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Segments.
2. Hover over a segment's name and click More. Then click Use in Remix. To create a new segment:
   • Create a new segment and customize the filters in the segment editor, then click Save and process segment on the top right.
   • When the segment has finished processing, click the Use in dropdown menu and then click Remix on the top right.
3. In the dialog box, you can generate a description based on the segment filters or enter a description in the Segment description field. Include details about your marketing goals, the audience needs, or specific products and services that are relevant to the audience.
4. Select the checkbox next to any of the content types you want to generate. You can select up to six different content types.
5. Click the upIcon increase and downIcon decrease icons in the counter to set how many pieces of that content type will be generated.
6. When you’ve finished selecting the content to generate, click Remix.
7. In content remix, once the content has been generated, click its preview, then view the full generated content in the right panel. 
8. Click Save and edit in app or View in editor, then continue editing it there.
