Create personalized content from segments

With segment-based remixing, you can use Breeze by HubSpot to personalize content from contact segments. This enables you to create unique content tailored to your audience.

Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Remix content from a segment

You can use a new contact segment or an existing contact segment in segment-based remixing to generate personalized content. Before using segment-based remixing, make sure you've toggled the Give users access to generative AI tools and features and Files data switches on in AI settings.

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Segments.
2. Hover over a segment's name, click More, then select Use in Remix.
3. In the dialog box, you can generate a description based on the segment filters or enter a description in the Segment description field. Include details about your marketing goals, the audience needs, or specific products and services that are relevant to the audience.
4. You can select specific types of content or use a template to generate content based on a goal:
   • To generate specific types of content, select the checkboxes next to any of the content types you want to generate. You can select up to six different content types. Click the upIcon increase and downIcon decrease icons in the counter to set how many pieces of that content type will be generated.
   • To generate content based on a specific goal, scroll and select a template. Your segment will be remixed into content types specific to the template. 
5. When you’ve finished selecting the content to generate, click Remix. You'll be brought to the content remix where you can view the generated content. 
   
   
6. To view a piece of content, click the content's preview, then view the full generated content in the right panel. To edit a piece of content, click Save and edit in app. You'll be brought to the editor for that content type (e.g., marketing email editor).
7. Changes to the remix are automatically saved. To manually save, click Save in the top right.
8. To save the remix as a template, click Save as template in the top right. Enter a name and purpose for the template, then click Save to confirm.
