Breeze is HubSpot’s AI, supporting users by completing tasks, creating content, finding information, and automating workflows throughout HubSpot.

This article gives an overview of Breeze features and where to find and manage Breeze Assistant, Breeze Agents, custom assistants, tools, knowledge vaults, and reporting. Use it as an index to navigate all Breeze capabilities.

Understand Breeze features

Breeze consists of several features that work together to help users take action, retrieve information, and scale processes across HubSpot. Together, these features support both guided help for users and configurable automation for admins. The sections below explain how each component functions and link to articles where you can learn more.

Some Breeze features may require HubSpot credits, specific seats, or additional subscriptions depending on the feature’s capabilities. To confirm specific seats or additional subscriptions, view the sections below. Learn more about features using HubSpot credits.

Breeze Assistant

Breeze Assistant is HubSpot’s primary conversational AI interface. It's the central place where users can ask questions, generate content, summarize CRM records, and complete tasks. Breeze Assistant can also run custom assistants that have been configured in Breeze studio.

Custom assistants

Custom assistants are configurable AI experiences created or installed in Breeze studio to help users complete specific tasks or processes. They follow instructions, tools, and knowledge set by admins and can be seen inside Breeze Assistant or other HubSpot-supported areas.

Breeze Agents

Breeze Agents help automate work across HubSpot. Use pre-built Breeze Agents or customize agents in Breeze studio to support your team’s processes. Breeze Agents are ready to use and can be installed from the Breeze Marketplace. You can also clone a Breeze Agent to adjust its instructions, tools, or knowledge vaults to better fit your needs.

Tools

Tools define the actions that agents and custom assistants can perform. They can retrieve CRM data, generate or summarize content, and complete other supported functions.

Knowledge vaults

Knowledge vaults store reference information that agents and custom assistants can use to give correct and context-aware responses. This information may include internal documentation, product details, or process guidelines.

Breeze dashboard

The Breeze dashboard shows how Breeze functionality is used across your HubSpot account. It highlights adoption trends and activity patterns to help admins monitor usage and find opportunities for improvement.

Standalone Breeze features

Some Breeze features in HubSpot are available directly from the navigation sidebar menu. These Breeze features support specialized workflows, personalization, and content transformation.

Content remix

Remix content to repurpose existing content across different formats. You can change long-form content into summaries, social posts, emails, page drafts, or other variations depending on your needs. To use content remix, navigate to Content > Remix.

Customer agent

The customer agent helps service teams in managing inbound questions by handling requests automatically. It uses your existing content and contextual data to answer customer questions in a conversational tone, such as checking an order status or helping a customer reset their password. To use the customer agent, navigate to Service > Customer Agent.

Data agent

The data agent helps you monitor and improve data quality across your CRM. It identifies inconsistencies or missing information, recommends cleanup actions, and offers guided workflows for updating or improving CRM data. To use the data agent, navigate to Data Management > Data Agent.

Prospecting agent

The prospecting agent helps sales teams by researching accounts, finding potential opportunities, and generating outreach recommendations using CRM and contextual data. To use the prospecting agent, navigate to Sales > Prospecting Agent.

Personalization

The personalization tool helps you create personalized content variations for marketing assets using CRM data and contextual inputs. You can generate tailored content, build variants for testing, and review performance insights. To use the personalization tool, navigate to Marketing > Personalization.

Embedded Breeze features

Breeze also powers embedded features that appear directly within HubSpot tools. These features support content generation, summarization, enrichment, and personalization. Together, they help teams move from insight to action in an iterative flow that aligns with HubSpot’s Loop Marketing model

Get started with Breeze

Use the Breeze Overview page to access Breeze Assistant, Breeze Agents, custom assistants, tools, knowledge vaults, and the dashboard. The overview page has links to key areas in Breeze studio and learning resources that can help you explore additional functionality. To access the Overview page, navigate to Breeze > Overview.

  • Breeze Assistant: try Breeze Assistant to ask questions, generate content, or complete tasks.
  • Breeze Agents: visit the Breeze Marketplace to install Breeze Agents or browse available agents you can customize in Breeze studio.
  • Featured Agents: review recommended agents that you can download and modify.
  • Learn: access Academy lessons, knowledge base articles, and community discussions about Breeze.
  • Dashboard: open the dashboard to review how Breeze features are used across your HubSpot account.
