Use the customer health agent

With the customer health agent, you can assess the health of an account based on logged CRM activities, call transcripts, and public information available on the internet.
Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Before you get started
Before you begin working with this feature, make sure to fully understand what steps should be taken ahead of time, as well as the limitations of the feature and potential consequences of using it.
Understand requirements
- To configure the customer health agent, Super Admin permission is required.
- To use the customer health agent, an assigned Service Hub seat is required.
Understand limitations & considerations
- A Service Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription is required.
Set up the customer health agent
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Marketplace.
- On the Agent Marketplace page, click the Customer Health Agent card.
- In the dialog box, click Add.
- To open the agent, click Open. You'll be directed to the agent editor.
Configure the customer health agent
Once the customer health agent is added, Super Admins can manage access, add extra instructions, and automate the agent.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- On the Agents tab, hover over the Customer Health Agent card, click the verticalMenuIcon menu icon, and then select Configure. You can also click the agent card and then click Configure in the top right of the agent editor.

Use the customer health agent
The health of an account can be assessed by the customer health agent. The agent will assess logged CRM activities, call transcripts, and publicly accessible information on the internet.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- On the Agents tab, click the Customer Health Agent card.
- In the Company ID field, enter the ID of the company.
- In the Company name or domain field, enter the name of a company (e.g., HubSpot) or the domain (e.g., hubspot.com).
- Click Run agent.
- Once the agent has assessed the company, view the Company Overview. You can view the following sections:
- Recent Engagements
- Account Health Risk & Grade
- Retention Playbook Example (If Account Graded ‘At-risk’)
- Summary
- To export the Company Overview, click Export PDF in the top left of the Output column.
View the customer health agent history
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- On the Agents tab, click the Customer Health Agent card.
- In the History column, select the name of a previous run of the agent.
- In the Activities column, view the activities and actions the agent completed.
- In the Output column, view the output from the agent.
