With the sales to marketing feedback agent, you can analyze sales data to find common objections and messaging gaps. The sales to marketing feedback agent delivers actionable themes to marketing teams to improve content.

Before you get started
Before you begin working with this feature, make sure to fully understand what steps should be taken ahead of time, as well as the limitations of the feature and potential consequences of using it.
Understand requirements
- To configure the sales to marketing feedback agent, Super Admin permissions are required.
Understand limitations & considerations
- A Smart CRM Professional or Enterprise subscription is required.
Set up the sales to marketing feedback agent
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Marketplace.
- On the Agent Marketplace page, click the Sales to Marketing Feedback Agent.
- In the dialog box, click Add.
- To open the agent, click Open. You'll be directed to the agent editor.
Configure the sales to marketing feedback agent
Once the sales to marketing feedback agent is added, Super Admins can manage access, add extra instructions, and automate the agent.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- On the Agents tab, hover over the Sales to Marketing Feedback Agent and click the verticalMenuIcon menu icon. Then select Configure. You can also click the agent card and then click Configure in the top right of the agent editor.

Use the sales to marketing feedback agent
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- On the Agents tab, click the Sales to Marketing Feedback Agent card.
- In the Name of Marketing teammate field, enter the first and last name of the marketer the insights are intended for.
- In the Email address of Marketing teammate field, enter the email address of the marketer in the previous field.
- Click Run agent.
- Once the agent has analyzed the sales data, review the following sections:
- Sales-to-Marketing Feedback Analysis
- Task Created for Marketing Owner
- To export the analysis, click Export PDF in the top right of the Output column.
View the sales to marketing feedback agent history
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- On the Agents tab, click the Sales to Marketing Feedback Agent card.
- In the History column, select the name of a previous run of the agent.
- In the Activities column, view the activities and actions the agent completed.
- In the Output column, view the output from the agent.
