If you've toggled on CRM and Customer conversation data in your AI settings in your HubSpot account, you can use Breeze AI to summarize contact, company, deal, and ticket records. Additionally, if you've toggled on Breeze Copilot in your HubSpot account, you can expand on the summary or ask Copilot questions on the data. You can summarize records in the following ways:

  • Use the Breeze record summary card on record previews and record views. This summary includes information about the currently viewed record's activities, notes, and ownership in your CRM. This summary is automatically generated and cannot be manually customized. Instead, it is dynamically influenced by the activities logged to the record.
  • Generate a summary on a record or in the Copilot chat. This summary includes information about the currently viewed record's activities, notes, and ownership. It also includes general details about the record based on property values (e.g., Nick Halden was created on April 11, 2025. Other key properties include email: nick.h@finewines.com). This summary is automatically generated and cannot be manually customized. Instead, it is dynamically influenced by the activities logged to the record.

If you're searching for a record, you can also generate summaries from your account search results. If you want to summarize calls, learn more about summarizing call recordings.

Please note: if you've turned on Sensitive Data, you may encounter limits when summarizing records. For example, you will not be able to summarize certain activities such as calls and sales emails.
