Using Breeze, HubSpot's collection of AI tools, brand identity gathers and applies brand-specific context including voice, tone, ideal client profile, products, and competitive insight to create higher-quality AI-generated content.
Your brand identity context can be referenced when creating blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
Before you get started
Before you begin working with this feature, make sure to fully understand what steps should be taken ahead of time, as well as the limitations of the feature and potential consequences of using it.
Understand requirements
Make sure the below settings are configured, to ensure the brand identity can be generated:
- Give users access to generative AI tools and features.
- Configure your AI data sources.
- Set up your company name and domain. The domain is used by Breeze to crawl your website to gather more information about your brand:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, click Account defaults.
- Under Company Information, enter your company name and company domain.
- If the account uses Brands, a domain or subdomain should be set up for each Brand, otherwise generation will be skipped.
Please note: a site page domain must be set up for Brands to generate their brand identity. Some of the sources don't support Brands. In these cases, they will be same in the brand identity across multiple Brands.
