Use AI insights on a CRM index page

On CRM index pages, you can review summaries of your data using AI. For example, you summarize the Last Activity Date column to know how often you're interacting with your companies.
Before you get started
To use the AI tools described below, you must:
- Be a user in an account enrolled in the Flexible CRM Views public beta.
- Turn on CRM data in the AI settings of your account.
Use index page insights
You can view contact, company, deal, or ticket insights such as data optimization, suggested filters, and data anomaly detection from the index page. For example, your selected view tab only includes companies in the northeast region of the United States. You may see a suggestion to filter further by a specific city. You can also create smart properties or a smart digest.
To use the insights:
- Navigate to your records:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Deals.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Tickets.
- Click the view tab you want to work with.
- Click the view type button, then select Table view.
- In the upper left, click the breezeSingleStarIcon insights dropdown menu, then select an option.
Use smart digest
The digest is an AI-powered summary of the data you're viewing. For example, you selected the Marketing contacts view tab, which means the summary uses that data only.
To use smart digest:
- Navigate to your records:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Deals.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Tickets.
- Click the view tab you want to work with.
- Click the view type button, then select Table view.
- In the upper left, click the breezeSingleStarIcon insights dropdown menu, then select Create Smart Digest.
- In the right panel:
- Review the data as the smart digest loads.
- Once it has loaded, scroll to review the summaries.
- Click the name of a report to view the chart and summarized recommendation (e.g., Contact growth overtime).
Use column insights
- Navigate to your records.
- Click the view tab you want to work with.
- Click the view type button, then select Table view.
- Hover on a column, click the three vertical dots icon, then select View column insights.
- In the right panel, review the data.
