Leave a rating and review in the HubSpot Marketplace

You can rate and review apps, templates, modules in the HubSpot Marketplace, as well as Solutions Partners in the Solutions Directory. This allows you to provide feedback to listing creators and share your experiences with other users.

For example, if an asset or partner is helping you use HubSpot better, it's helpful to leave positive feedback so other users can have a similar experience. 

Before you get started

Before you begin working with this feature, make sure to fully understand what steps should be taken ahead of time, as well as the limitations of the feature and potential consequences of using it. 

Understand requirements

In order to leave a review, you must: 
  • Be logged into HubSpot
  • Have the app installed in your current account, or have uninstalled it less than 14 days ago. 
  • Be reviewing this listing for the first time, including reviews in other accounts. 
  • Be one of the first three users in your account to submit a review for this listing. 
  • Qualify for HubSpot's reviewer eligibility.

Understand limitations & considerations

  • It may take up to 24 hours for an update to a review to be published. 
  • If your review violates HubSpot's review guidelines, you will receive a notification email, and your review will be archived. You can leave a new review that follows the guidelines.

Leave a rating and review

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon marketplace in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
  2. Click the Breeze AgentsAppsTemplates, or Solutions Partners tab. 
  3. Select the listing where you want to add a rating or review. 
  4. In the Reviews section, click Write a review in the top right. 
  5. In the review editor, click a star from 1 to 5 to provide your overall rating. 
  6. Enter the following information: 
    • Overall review: details on how well the app is working for you.
    • Pros: what you liked about using the app. 
    • Cons: what you disliked about using the app. 
    • Review title: a summary of your review. A title will be auto-generated based on the content in the other fields, but you can also manually enter one. 
    • Provide private feedback: feedback on the app that goes directly to the app's team, but won't be included in your public review. 
  7. In the bottom right, select the I agree that my review follows HubSpot's review guidelines checkbox and click Submit review.

Update a review 

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon marketplace in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
  2. Click the Breeze AgentsAppsTemplates, or Solutions Partners tab. 
  3. Select the listing where you want to add a rating or review. 
  4. On the listing, click Edit your review in the Reviews section. 
  5. In the review editor, click the Edit reason dropdown menu and select a reason you are updating your review. 
  6. Make changes to your review. 
  7. At the bottom right, select the I agree that my review follows HubSpot's review guidelines checkbox and click Submit review
