Analyze data privacy

Please note: on December 15, 2025, the Analyze tab in the Privacy & Consent settings will be sunset. After that date, you'll no longer be able to access the Analyze tab, but can create the reports listed below in the HubSpot reports tool.

On the Privacy & Consent Analyze tab, you can view reports to help you understand how effective your privacy setup is. This may help you identify and mitigate privacy risks in your account.

To analyze your data privacy:

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, select Privacy & Consent. 
3. Click the Analyze tab.
4. View the following reports: 

• Total contacts: all contacts in your account.
• Unengaged contacts: all unengaged contacts.
• Unsubscribed contacts: all contacts who have unsubscribed from emails. 
• Contacts by region: contacts sorted by region. 
• Contacts created by attributed interaction type: contacts sorted by their attribution interaction type.
• Legal basis for processing contact data: contacts sorted by their legal basis for processing contact data. If the property is blank, contacts will be categorized as No value.
