Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Before using Breeze to suggest actions for your workflow, you must turn on Give users access to generative AI tools and features and Give users access to Breeze Assistant AI settings. Learn more about managing your AI settings.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
- Click the name of an existing workflow.
- In the workflow editor, click the + Add icon.
- In the left panel, under Build with AI, enter your prompt. Then, click the breezeSendIcon send icon.
- In the editor, you can preview the actions to be added to the workflow. These actions will be highlighted in blue.
- In the Breeze Assistant panel, you can further refine the actions that you'd like to add.
- To add the actions to your workflow, in the top left, click Save changes.
- To exit the preview without saving, in the top left, click the x icon. Then, click Continue without saving.
- Continue setting your workflow.
