Use Breeze AI tools across HubSpot to increase the efficiency of your organization. Breeze AI includes Copilot, agents, intelligence, and other AI features. For example, you can use content agent to generate website pages, work with Copilot to summarize records, intelligence tools to enrich your data, and more.

Get started with Breeze AI 

From the Breeze AI Overview page, you can navigate to the different Breeze AI tools:
  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze AI > Overview 
  • In the Get started tab, you can navigate to the following: 
    • Copilot: launch Copilot, an AI virtual assistant. You can use Copilot to create workflows, summarize CRM records, create website pages, and more. Learn how to use Copilot
    • Agents: use agents to automate tasks within your HubSpot account. 
      • Social agent: use social agent to generate social posts based on your marketing goals, audience, brand voice, and social media accounts. The generated posts will include suggested publishing times.
      • Prospecting Agent: use prospecting agent to research and execute personalized outreach strategies for prospects within HubSpot's Smart CRM. 
      • Content Agent: use content agent to generate landing pages, podcasts, case studies, and blogs while using your brand voice with CRM data. In content agent, you can create the following content types:
        • Create landing pages: if you have a Content Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription, you can use content agent to create landing pages. This will include your landing page content, meeting links, images, and existing forms. Learn more about using content agent to create landing pages
        • Create podcasts: if you have a Content Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription, you can use content agent to automatically generate podcast episodes. This will include a podcast outline, script, show notes, and artwork. Learn more about using content agent to generate podcast episodes
        • Create case studies: if you have a Content Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription, you can use content agent to create informative case studies for your website. Learn more about using content agent to create case studies
        • Create blog posts: use content agent to brainstorm topics, craft your titles, designs images, and write complete drafts tailored to your audience. Learn more about using content agent to create blog posts
      • Customer Agent: use customer agent with your chatflows to to answer questions. Customer agent will use your HubSpot content and public URLs to generate answers. Learn more about customer agent
    • Intelligence: use Intelligence tools to enrich your data, evaluate intent, and shorten your forms. You can also use intelligence directly from CRM records. Learn how to use the Intelligence tab in HubSpot. 
      • Data Enrichment: enrich your current contact and company CRM data. Use enrichment to populate your contact and company properties. Learn more about using data enrichment
      • Buyer Intent: review which companies are visiting your website and showing interest in your brand. Add and define specific target markets. You can also define a company's intent by count of visits, unique visitors, and review which pages are being visited. Learn more about using buyer intent
      • Form Shortening: use intelligence to pre-populate your HubSpot forms with known data to display shorter forms and increase conversions. Learn more about using form shortening
