Use Breeze, HubSpot's AI, across your HubSpot account to increase the efficiency of your organization. Breeze includes Copilot, agents, intelligence, and other AI features. For example, you can use content agent to generate website pages, work with Copilot to summarize records, enrich data with intelligence tools, and more.

Copilot
Copilot is an AI virtual assistant that can create workflows, summarize CRM records, create website pages, and more.

Agents
AI agents can automate tasks within your HubSpot account. The following agents are available:- Social agent: generates social posts based on your marketing goals, audience, brand voice, and social media accounts.
- Prospecting Agent: researches and executes personalized outreach strategies for prospects within HubSpot's Smart CRM.
- Customer Agent: answers questions in chatflows using your HubSpot content and public URLs to generate answers. Learn more about customer agent.
- Content Agent: generates landing pages, podcasts, case studies, and blogs while using your brand voice with CRM data. In content agent, you can create the following content types:

- Create blog posts: brainstorms topics, craft titles, design images, and write complete drafts tailored to your audience. Learn more about using content agent to create blog posts.
- Landing pages (Content Hub Professional or Enterprise only): creates landing pages, including your landing page content, meeting links, images, and existing forms. Learn more about using content agent to create landing pages.
- Podcasts (Content Hub Professional or Enterprise only): automatically generates podcast episodes, including a podcast outline, script, show notes, and artwork. Learn more about using content agent to generate podcast episodes.

Intelligence
Intelligence tools can enrich your data, evaluate intent, and shorten forms. You can also use intelligence directly from CRM records. Learn more about how Breeze Intelligence works and how to use Breeze Intelligence tools.
Breeze Intelligence can be used for the following goals:
- Data enrichment: enrich your contact and company data by populating contact and company properties. Depending on your settings, you can enrich contact and company data automatically for new records, manually for individual records or existing records in views and lists, or continuously for existing records when new data becomes available.
- Form shortening: use intelligence to pre-populate your HubSpot forms with known data to display shorter forms and increase conversions. Learn more about using form shortening.
- Buyer Intent: review which companies are visiting your website and showing interest in your brand. Add and define specific target markets. You can also define a company's intent by count of visits, unique visitors, and review which pages are being visited. Learn more about using buyer intent.
Get started with Breeze
You can use the Breeze Overview page to view and access the available AI tools or learn more about how to use Breeze.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Overview.
- On the Get started tab, you can access the following tools:
- Copilot: click Try Copilot to open and use Copilot.
- Agents: click Browse Agents to view the available agents. To use an agent, click Launch.
- Intelligence: to review Intelligence features, click Explore Intelligence. To use tools for data enrichment, buyer intent, or form shortening, click Try [feature].
- To access learning resources for Breeze, click the Learn more tab. You can view academy videos, knowledge base articles, and HubSpot community posts.
