Frequency of HubSpot analytics updates

The following metrics update every 20 minutes:

  • Dashboard data (for Marketing Hub and Sales Hub) that relies on analytics (page views, sessions, form views, form submissions, etc.)
  • Landing pages, website pages, and blog data
  • Calls-to-action views, clicks, and submissions
  • Form views and submissions
  • Sources report sessions, contacts, and customers
  • Event completions (Marketing Hub Enterprise only)
  • Prospects data (Sales Hub Starter and Professional only)
The following metrics are updated within five minutes of an interaction:
  • Email statistics (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, etc.)
  • Social media clicks and interactions
