What does it mean if my workflow has expired?

When reviewing your workflow history, you may see a message indicating that the workflow has expired. This message will be displayed if a contact is enrolled in a Fixed Date or Property-Based workflow, but no actions can be executed because they are scheduled for times in the past. This message will also appear if a contact goes down an if/then branch in a Standard, Fixed Date, or Property-Based workflow and there are no actions in the branch they meet the criteria for.
