Remove potential duplicates in bulk by selecting specific review properties. If records contain different values for the properties selected, they'll be flagged for you to delete them. Rejected pairs don't surface again in the duplicate manager tool.
Permissions required Data quality tools access and Edit permissions set to All contacts or All companies are required to use the duplicates manager tool.
To configure bulk reject rules:
- Navigate to your records:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies.
- Click the ellipses three horizontal dots icon and select Manage duplicates.
- In the Manage Duplicates section, click Actions and select Bulk reject.
- In the dialog box:
- Click the object tab for which you want to manage.
- Click the properties dropdown menu and select property checkboxes. Select up to three text, number, calculation, or date properties.
- Once you're done, click Analyze Duplicates.
- Review the number of duplicates found.
- Click Reject all to bulk remove all of them from the Manage Duplicates section.
