In the video tool, you can upload videos, then search for and filter your videos. You can also export files directly from your Descript account into HubSpot.
After uploading your videos, you can further edit your videos or review and update your video file details. You can also upload and manage video files and any advanced features directly from the files tool.
Upload videos
When uploading videos, please take note of the following file size and type limits. While the size limit is 2GB, if a video is 1 GB or more, you may experience issues when uploading. It is also recommended to upload your videos in mp4 or mov format.- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Video.
- In the top right, click Upload. Then, select Upload or Export from Descript. Any videos uploaded will also automatically appear in the files tool.
Sort and filter your videos
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Video.
- In the top search bar, enter the name of the video you want to locate.
- To filter your videos:
- In the top right, click Filters.
- In the right panel, set up your filters.
- After setting up your filters, at the bottom, click Show [x] videos.
- To clear all filters, in the top right, click Clear all.
- To sort your videos, in the top right, click the dropdown menu and select a sorting option. You can sort your videos by name, duration, file format, and last update date.
