Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

All products and plans

Please note: on March 5, 2024, HubSpot introduced a seats-based pricing model to all new Hubs and subscription tiers. Accounts created prior to March 5, 2024 will not see this new import feature until they are migrated to the seats-based pricing model.

You can bulk import users with a CSV file during the user creation process.

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Users & Teams.
  • Above the user table, in the upper right, click Import Users.
