Embed the scheduling widget on one of your pages to allow visitors to book time with you while they're on your site. Depending on your HubSpot subscription, you can either embed the scheduling widget on one of your external pages or on a HubSpot-hosted page using the meetings module.
Embed the scheduling widget on an external page
Please note: you must have Sales Access permissions or Service Access permissions assigned to your user to access the embed code.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Library > Meetings Scheduler.
- Hover over the meeting, and click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Embed.
- Click Copy code.
- Paste this embed code into the code of your external page to display the scheduling widget to visitors.

Embed the scheduling widget on a HubSpot page
Please note: only Marketing Hub or Content Hub accounts can embed the scheduling widget on a HubSpot-hosted page.
To embed the scheduling widget on a HubSpot page:
- Navigate to your content:
- Website pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
- Landing pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
- Click the name of the page where you want to embed the scheduling module.
- In the content editor, click + Add in the left sidebar.
- In the left panel, search for then click the meetings module and drag it into position on your page.
- To select a meeting link, click the module.
- In the sidebar editor, click the Select a meeting dropdown menu and select a meeting link. The scheduling page for that link will appear in the widget.
- In the upper right, click Publish. The scheduling widget will appear on the page where you added the module.
