Create subscription reports with the subscription analytics tool (BETA)

Create reports in the subscription analytics tool to track recurring revenue from your subscriptions. Please note that this is a private beta.
Please note: this functionality is currently only available for US-based transactional customers only.
View and save subscription reports
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reports > Analytics Tools.
- Click Subscription Analytics.
- In the left sidebar menu, select a report. A preview of the report will appear in the middle panel. Learn more about the reports available in the subscription analytics tool.
- To filter your data, use the dropdown menus in the Filters tab in the right panel. Available filters vary by report, but include:
- Date range by start billing date: for new subscription revenue, filter subscription revenue by the starting billing date.
- Date range by churn date: for churn reports, filter subscription revenue by the churn date.
- Frequency: the grouping of the data, such as Daily or Weekly.
- To read more about a report, including how to use it, click the About this report tab in the right panel.
- To edit the report in the single-object report builder, click the Actions dropdown menu in the middle panel, then select Edit in builder. Then, continue editing your report.
- To share the report you're working on with other users that have access to sales analytics, click the Actions dropdown menu in the middle panel, then select Copy report URL.
- Once you've customized the report, save the report to your reports list or a dashboard by clicking Save report.
Types of subscription reports
Below are the reports available in the subscription analytics tool. All reports will pull in data based on the selected time period.
- Churn subscriptions ARR: the annual recurring revenue over time for churned subscriptions.
- Churn subscriptions MRR: the monthly recurring revenue over time for churned subscriptions.
- New subscriptions ARR: the annual recurring revenue over time for new subscriptions
- New subscriptions MRR: the monthly recurring revenue over time for new subscriptions.
