How can this help you?
Sometimes personalizing your content doesn’t just have to be about including a name to address your visitor; it can be about changing whole piece of content for your visitor. Based on information you’ve gathered from your contact before, you could give them more information on something you know they showed previous interest in to save them time from trying to dig around your website to find it.
Sound like something that makes sense for your site? If so, here are some helpful links to get you started:
Instructions for your HubSpot page
1. Navigate to Website Pages or Landing Pages
Navigate to an existing page or create a new page. This can be done by navigating to Content > Website Pages or Content > Landing Pages. (If you don't have website pages, you’ll want to select your landing pages here.)
2. Create a new page or edit an existing pageOnce in your landing pages or website pages, you can hover over a page and click Edit to edit an existing page, or click the blue Create a new landing/website page button.
3. Make the module smart
Once you’re in your HubSpot page, you’ll want to navigate to a rich text module on the left-hand side of your page where you normally insert your content. Before making this rich text module smart, make sure the content that already lives there (your default content) is optimized for search engines as well as any other visitor you’re not targeting.
When you’re happy with your default content in your rich text module, click the smart icon to begin setting up smart content within the module.
