Use content agent in Breeze Assistant to plan and create social posts for Facebook and LinkedIn. Start a conversation by describing what you want to create or selecting a suggested prompt. For example, you can plan a social content calendar, explore topic recommendations, or repurpose an existing blog post into social posts.
As you work with Breeze Assistant, refine the social content through conversational prompts. When you're ready, generate social post drafts that you can edit, schedule, or publish in the social composer.
Please note: if you're a Super Admin, you can opt your account into the Create social posts using Content Agent in Breeze Assistant beta.
Permissions required Social permissions are required to create and publish social posts. Users with Draft only permissions can save posts as drafts, but cannot publish.
Before you get started
Before you begin working with this feature, review the following requirements, limitations, and considerations.
Requirements
- Connect your LinkedIn or Facebook account to HubSpot.
- A Super Admin must turn on Give users access to Breeze Assistant in AI Settings. This setting is turned on by default.
Content agent uses your account data, brand voice, and company context to generate topics and social posts. For best results, set up your brand voice and ideal customer profile. Learn more about teaching HubSpot's AI tools about your business.
Please note: you can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot's AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.
Limitations & considerations
- Content agent in Breeze Assistant supports creating social posts for Facebook and LinkedIn only.
- Content agent cannot generate entirely new images for social posts. Instead, the agent rebuilds existing infographics or slide-style brand graphics from your previously published social posts. It can also use images you upload through the Breeze Assistant conversation.
