Create and refine social posts with Breeze Assistant

Use Breeze Assistant, HubSpot’s AI conversational assistant, to automatically generate social content or create social posts from blog summaries. Use Breeze Assistant on your desktop or on the HubSpot mobile app.
Before you get started
To create or refine content with Breeze Assistant, turn on Give users access to Breeze Assistant in your AI settings.

Generate social post content
Generate content for your social posts (e.g., captions, images, and hashtags) or refine your captions before publishing.
- In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Marketing > Social. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Marketing > Social directly.
- In the upper right, click Create post.
- In the text box, click the breezeSingleStar AI icon. Then, select Social post or Hashtags.

- Enter your prompt then click the send icon. Breeze Assistant will generate new content based on the request.
- To use the content, click Insert.
- To further refine the content, click Refine. Then, enter your prompt below.
- To refine existing text, highlight the text you want to edit.
- Click the breezeSingleStar AI icon and select an action.
- To use the content, click Replace.
- To further refine the content, click Refine. Then, enter your prompt below.
- Continue creating your social post.

Create social posts from blog content
After creating a blog post, generate a summary to use in your social posts to promote your content.
- In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Blog. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Blog directly.
- Hover over the blog post you want to summarize and click More. Then, select Share.
- In the right panel, click the breezeSingleStar AI icon.
- In the dialog box, select the Summarize blog content checkbox.
- Click Generate to generate a summary social post for the blog.

- Click Generate again to generate a new version of the text. You can generate up to 6 versions of the existing text.
- After generating your post, you can increase or decrease the length of your post:
- To increase the length of the post, hover over the post and click the enlarge expand icon.
- To decrease the length of the post, hover over the post and click the exitFullScreen shrink icon.
- To generate another post from the same prompt, click Generate more. To review the generated posts, click the left right arrow icon at the bottom of the dialog box.
- To use the generated content, click Insert.
- Continue creating your social post.
Generate social post content on the HubSpot mobile app
While on the go, generate content for your social posts in HubSpot's mobile app.
- Open the HubSpot app on your device.
- In the top right, tap the add add icon. Then, tap Social post.
- Select the checkboxes next to the names of the social network accounts that you want to publish to.
- In the text box, tap the breezeSingleStar AI icon.

- In the What is your post about? text box, enter the content for your social posts. Then, click Generate. Your description must include at least two words.
- To generate another post, tap Regenerate. You can generate up to 6 options.
- To review the different generated options, swipe left and right.
- After selecting an option, tap Insert to use this option. In the editor, you can continue editing the post text, or publish the post directly.
- If you change your mind and would like to insert a different option, you'll need to manually remove the old post first. If not, any new content will be inserted into the existing post.
- To insert more content in an existing post, tap the area in the post where you'd like the new content to display before generating content. Any new content will be inserted in the selected area.
- Continue creating your social post.
