Customize the analyze tab

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

With the Replaceable Analyze Tabs (BETA), add custom dashboards to the Analyze tab for pages, blog posts, and social posts to personalize your analytic views.

Subscription required A Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription is required.

Permissions required Reports access permission is required to create, view, or edit dashboards.



Please note: to customize the Analyze tab for social reports, the account must be opted in to the Upgraded Social Analytics (BETA)

Add a dashboard

  1. Navigate to your content:
    • Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
    • Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
    • Blog: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.
    • Social: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  2. Click the Analyze tab.
  3. Click the settingsIcon Add and manage dashboards icon on the top right.

  1. On the Manage dashboards page, click Add dashboard on the top right.
  2. In the right panel, click the Select a dashboard dropdown menu and select an existing dashboard.
  3. In the Who can view this dashboard on the analyze tab field, select Everyone or Specific teams
  4. When finished, click Add dashboard.
  5. Once the dashboard is added, click Back to previous page.
  6. To change the view to the new dashboard, click the analyze tab dropdown menu and select the dashboard.

Manage view access

  1. Navigate to your content:
    • Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
    • Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
    • Blog: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.
    • Social: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  2. Click the Analyze tab.
  3. Click the settingsIcon Add and manage dashboards icon on the top right.
  4. On the Manage dashboards page, hover over the dashboard, and click Manage view access.

  1. In the right panel, select Everyone or Specific teams.
    • If you select Specific teams, click the Access dropdown menu and select View only.
    • To remove an existing team click the X next to the team name or click the Access dropdown menu and select No access.

Remove dashboard

  1. Navigate to your content:
    • Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
    • Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
    • Blog: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.
    • Social: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  2. Click the Analyze tab.
  3. Click the settingsIcon Add and manage dashboards icon on the top left.
  4. On the Manage dashboards page, hover over the dashboard, and click Remove.
  5. In the dialog box, click Remove dashboard.
On the landing page index, the Analyze tab is shown. The Manage dashboards page is visible with a box placed around the Remove button for a dashboard.
