Analyze workflow performance and opportunities

You can review and analyze the overall enrollment data and any additional opportunities for automating more processes on the Analyze tab of the workflows tool. This data can help you drill down on chances to use automation and streamline your team's critical processes. Analyze workflow performance and opportunities

To review and analyze workflow performance data:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automations > Workflows.
  • Click the Analyze tab. 
  • At the top of the page, you can filter reports by:
    • Date range: filter by this week, this month, the last 30 days, last month, this quarter, this year, or a custom time period. 
    • Compare [X]: click the dropdown menu to select the time period to compare different workflows against.
    • Compare workflows: click the dropdown menu to switch between comparison views:
      • Compare groups of workflows: compare workflows by type (e.g., Deleted, Needs reviewUnused, or All workflows).
      • Compare workflows: compare specific workflows by click the Workflows dropdown menu and selecting the checkbox next to a workflow you want to be included in the data you're analyzing.
  • You can click Clear filters at the top of the page to reset all filters to their defaults. 
  • Review the top two reports that outline enrollment data across your workflows, or scroll down to the bottom two reports to check the usage rates of objects in your account that are currently enrolled in running workflows.
     


  • In the top two reports that chart enrollment data over time, you can click the filter icon to edit the report and change the Data frequency.
