Monitor your workflow health (BETA)

Use the workflows health page to review the overall health of your workflows. In the workflow reports, you can review and analyze the performance of your workflows. For example, you can analyze an overview of workflows with issues or unused workflows. 

If you have an Enterprise subscription, you can also review similar workflows to determine which workflows may be redundant or in conflict with other workflows.

Review your workflow health reports

To access your workflow health page:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automations > Workflows.
  • At the top, click the Health tab. 
  • You can review the following workflow health reports:
    • Workflows needing review: this report shows the count of workflows where the Issue status has been set to Needs review over different time periods. 
    • Unused workflows: this report shows the count of workflows that have had no enrollments for at least 90 days over different time periods. 
    • Opportunities to review workflows with issues: this report shows the number of workflows where the Issue status has been set to Needs review by date. To view current workflows with a Needs review status, at the bottom of the report, click Needs review.
    • Opportunities to delete unused workflows: this report shows the number of workflows where the workflow has had no enrollments for at least 90 days by dateTo view current workflows with a Unused status, at the bottom of the report, click Unused.
       

 

Review similar workflows (Enterprise only)

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automations > Workflows.
  • At the top, click the Health tab. 
  • In the Similar workflows table, you can review the following: 
    • Workflow: the name of the workflow with matching similar workflows. 
    • Similar workflows: the count of similar workflows. 
    • Similarity types: the type of similarities between the matching workflows. For example, if the workflows have similar enrollment criteria, or if the workflows were previously cloned. 
    • Last updated: the date and time when the workflow was last updated. 
  • To review additional details, hover over the selected workflow and click View all similar workflows.

 

  • In the right panel, click the Enrollment criteria or Cloned to expand. You can review a list of similar workflows, as well as additional details on the similarity.
    • If you're reviewing workflows with similar enrollment criteria, the matching enrollment triggers will appear. 
    • If you're reviewing workflows with that have been cloned, a list of workflows cloned from the selected workflow will appear.
  • To view additional workflow details or edit a workflow, click the workflow name
