Summary

Use HubSpot's calling tool to place outbound calls directly from your CRM. This article covers the countries where HubSpot-provided phone numbers are available, the number types you can acquire, and any regulatory restrictions that may affect your calls.

This is not an exhaustive list of every country where calls can be placed. HubSpot also limits calls to special service numbers and numbers with a high risk of fraud. If you need to call countries not listed here, or frequently place calls to these number types, learn more about using a Twilio Connect account to make calls in HubSpot. For information on countries supported for number porting, see supported countries for porting. The countries listed are also supported by SMS two-factor authentication.

Before you get started

Understand requirements

  • Calling in HubSpot requires an assigned Sales Hub or Service Hub seat. This applies whether you're registering your own phone number or acquiring a HubSpot-provided phone number.

Understand limitations & considerations

Please note: when using a registered phone number for outbound calls, be aware of the following:

  • You cannot register a toll-free number as an outbound phone number.
  • Since registered phone numbers aren't owned by Twilio and use verified caller ID, calls are more likely to be marked as spam and blocked by carriers.
  • Calls to most countries using non-Twilio phone numbers may face connection issues due to regulatory measures.

Supported countries and available phone numbers

Click to expand the table below to see a list of countries where you can acquire a HubSpot-provided phone number. You don't need to be located in a country to use a HubSpot-provided phone number from that country; however, some countries require a local address. Any overseas territories that share an international dialing code with a listed country are also supported.
