From the Activity tab of your campaign's details page, you can review the past events and activities that have occurred in a HubSpot campaign.
Activities will be grouped by date, time, and the user who performed the activity. When changes are made by the HubSpot system, it will be logged as HubSpot updated this campaign.
To review your campaign activity history:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
- Click on a campaign.
- At the top, click the Activity tab.
- To create an AI summary of all activities, click Summarize activity. A summary of activity history appear in the copilot panel.
- From the Activity tab, you can filter your campaign activity with the following:
- All activities: filter by the type of activity performed, such as commenting, adding an asset, and more.
- All users: filter by the HubSpot user that performed the activity. To filter by changes made by the HubSpot system, select HubSpot.
- Date range: filter by the date that the activity occurred.
- To see more details for each activity, click to expand [x] updates.
Please note: if you've you filtered your activity history by activity type, you will not be able to summarize your activity. The Summarize activity option will be greyed out.
