From the campaigns tool or Marketing Studio, you can review the performance of multiple campaigns at once. You'll be able to review reports for the performance of selected specific campaigns, or all campaigns in a specific folder.
For example, you may want to review the performance of campaigns by a specific user, or review how different types of campaigns have performed.Please note: to access multi-campaign reporting from the campaigns tool, you'll need to opt-in to the Multi-campaign reporting beta.
Select your campaigns for review
You can select your campaigns for review from the campaigns table in the Manage tab or from specific folders in the campaigns tool or Marketing Studio.
Review the performance of multiple campaigns
- You can navigate to the Manage tab from both the campaigns tool or Marketing Studio:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Marketing Studio.
- At the top, click the Manage tab.
- In the table, select the checkboxes next to the campaigns you want to analyze.
- At the top of the table, click Analyze campaigns. You'll be automatically redirected to the Analyze tab to review your aggregated campaign reports.
Review the performance of a specific folder
- You can navigate to your folders the campaigns tool or Marketing Studio:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Marketing Studio.
- At the top, click the Manage tab.
- In the top right, click Folders to navigate to your campaign folders.
- In the left sidebar menu, select the folder that you want to analyze.
- In the top right, click Analyze folder campaigns. You'll be automatically redirected to the Analyze tab to review your aggregated campaign reports.
Filter your multiple campaign reports
After selecting your campaigns, you'll be redirected to the Analyze tab in your campaigns tool. If you've selected a folder or specific campaigns from the campaigns table, the campaigns will be automatically selected. You can also select campaigns directly from the filters.
- You can navigate to the Analyze tab from the campaigns tool or Marketing Studio:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Marketing Studio.
- At the top, click the Analyze tab.
- At the top, you can filter the data for your reports:

- Campaigns: select or edit the selected campaigns for your reports.
- Date range: adjust the date range for your data. By default, this will be set to Date range (This year).
- Attribution model: select the attribution model for your reports. By default, this will be set to Attribution model (Linear).
Understand your multiple campaign reports
You can review the following reports:
- Campaign goals: review the campaign goal name, goal type, percentage progress, and status. Goal data is not aggregated and will be displayed seperately for each campaign.
- Revenue attribution: review an aggregated overview of the campaign's revenue attribution. This includes the campaign spend total, attributed revenue, ROI, deals, and contacts.
- Contact lifecycle: review the aggregated count of contacts in each lifecycle stage for your selected campaigns.
- Website traffic: review the total count of sessions, new contacts (first touch), and new contacts (last touch), for the selected campaigns.
- Total influenced contacts: review the total number of unique marketing influences for your influenced contacts aggregated across the selected campaigns.
- Influenced contacts over time: review the count of influenced contacts for each individual campaign, as well as the aggregated count of influenced contacts over time for the selected campaigns.
- Specific asset reports: review the aggregated data for different asset types. The metrics in each report vary depending on the asset or content type associated with the campaign.
