Add Adobe Express designs to your HubSpot content

Use the Adobe Express integration to create graphics, then insert these images in HubSpot when creating a social post, ad, page, or email. You can also use Adobe Express to update images in your content or image files in the files tool.
When creating your graphic, you can also edit both AI-generated images or uploaded image files. For example, you can crop and edit your image, remove your image background, and more. To learn more about the basics of using Adobe Express, check out their Learn Adobe Express guide.
Please note: to use Adobe Express with your HubSpot content, third-party cookies must not be blocked in your browser. You will need to turn cookies on or add an exception for HubSpot.
Create a new design
To use Adobe Express to create a new design for your HubSpot content:
- In the HubSpot content editor, start by adding an image to your social post, ad, page, or email:
- When creating a page, blog post, or email using the classic email editor, click the image icon insertImage at the top of the editor.

- When creating an email using the drag and drop editor, click and drag an Image element from the Content tab in the left pane into the email editor. Then click Select image.

- When creating a social post, click the image icon insertImage at the bottom of the post composer.
- When creating a Facebook lead ad or LinkedIn Lead Gen ad, click Select Image/Video in the Ad tab of the ad editor.
- In the right panel, click Design with Adobe Express.
- If this is your first time using Adobe Express in HubSpot, you'll be prompted to log in to your Adobe Express account or set up a new account.
- Design your image in the Adobe Express editor. When creating your design, certain features may require an Adobe Express premium subscription. These features will be tagged with a premium icon.
- To save your design to your file manager, in the upper right, click Save.
- In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu and select your file format. You can save your design in png, jpg, or pdf format.
- In the right panel, select your new image. Your Adobe Express design will be inserted into your HubSpot content.
Update an existing image
To use Adobe Express to update an existing uploaded image or AI-generated image for your HubSpot content:
- To update an existing image in your content:
- In the HubSpot content editor, start by adding an image to your social post, ad, page, or email:
- When creating a page, blog post, or email using the classic email editor, click the image icon insertImage at the top of the editor.
- When creating an email using the drag and drop editor, click and drag an Image element from the Content tab in the left pane into the email editor. Then click Select image.
- When creating a social post, click the image icon insertImage at the bottom of the post composer.
- When creating a Facebook lead ad or LinkedIn Lead Gen ad, click Select Image/Video in the Ad tab of the ad editor.
- In the right panel, click hover over the image and click Details.
- Click Clone and edit and select Edit with Adobe Express.
- In the HubSpot content editor, start by adding an image to your social post, ad, page, or email:
- To update an existing image in your files tool:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Library > Files.
- Locate the file you want to share and click the file name.
- In the right panel, click Clone and edit. Then, select Edit with Adobe Express.
- If this is your first time using Adobe Express in HubSpot, you'll be prompted to log in to your Adobe Express account or set up a new account.
- Edit your image in the Adobe Express editor. When creating your design, certain features may require an Adobe Express premium subscription. These features will be tagged with a premium icon.
- To save your design to your file manager, in the upper right, click Save.
- In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu and select your file format. You can save your design in png, jpg, or pdf format. Your edited file will be saved as a new image file.
- In the right panel, at the bottom, click Select to use your edited image.
