Receive a summary of your sales activity every weekday

If you have an assigned Sales Hub seat, and you have completed at least three tasks in the last 17 days, you'll automatically receive the sales workspace daily digest. This weekday notification will include details on your upcoming meetings for the day so you can access them directly with one click. 

Manage the daily digest

The sales workspace daily digest will be turned on by default for users with an assigned Sales Hub seat, who have completed at least three tasks in the last 17 days. To manage your notifications:

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, click Notifications.
3. Click Tasks to expand its notification options.
4. Clear the checkbox next to Sales Workspace Daily Digest (in the Email column) to stop receiving it. Select the checkbox to start receiving it again.
5. Click Save on the bottom left of the page.

Details of the digest

The email digest will contain your meetings for the day. The digest will be prepared by HubSpot at 6:00 AM and sent to your email inbox at 8:00 AM on weekdays, based on your HubSpot account's default time zone. Any meetings created between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM won't be included in that day's digest. If you don't have any meetings on a specific day, the email won't be sent that day.

Once you receive the email in your inbox:

• To view the details of a meeting, click View meeting.
• To view your full schedule, click View more meetings in HubSpot.
