In the HubSpot image editor, you can crop, resize, or rotate an uploaded image. Then, save the changed image as a clone of the original.
You can access the image editor from multiple tools including:
Edit images in the Ads tool
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
 - In the top right, click the Create dropdown menu and select Ad campaign.
 - Select your ad type (e.g., Website visit ad), ad network (e.g., Facebook), and then click Next in the top left.
 - In the left panel, click insertImage imageSelect Image/Video in the Image/Video section.
 - In the right panel, hover over an image and then click Details.
 - Click the Clone and edit dropdown menu and select Crop and resize.
 - In the image editor, click Crop or Resize.
 - When you're finished editing the image, click Save new image.
 
Edit images in the content editor
To edit images in the content editor in a rich text module:-  
Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
 - Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
 - Blog: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.
 
 - Click the name of your content.
 - In the content editor, click the rich text module.
 - In the rich text toolbar, click the insertImage image icon.
 - In the right panel, enter text to search for the image.
 - Hover over the image and click Details.
 - Click the Clone and edit dropdown menu and select Crop and resize.
 - In the image editor, click Crop or Resize.
 - When you're finished editing the image, click Save new image.
 
- Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
 - Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
 - Blog: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.
 
 - Click the name of your content.
 - In the content editor, click the image module.
 - In the sidebar editor, click Replace in the Image field. You can also hover over the image and click Replace.
 - In the right panel, enter text to search for the image.
 - Hover over the image and click Details.
 - Click the Clone and edit dropdown menu and select Crop and resize.
 - In the image editor, click Crop or Resize.
 - When you're finished editing the image, click Save new image.
 
Edit images in the files tool
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Files.
 - On the Files page, enter text to search for the image.
 - Click the name of an image file.
 - In the right panel, click the Clone and edit dropdown menu and select Crop and resize.
 - In the image editor, click Crop or Resize.
 - When you're finished editing the image, click Save new image.
 
Edit images in the social tool
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
 - In the upper right, click Create social post.
 - In the left panel, click insertImage imageSelect image in the Add media section.
 - In the right panel, hover over an image and then click Details.
 - Click the Clone and edit dropdown menu and select Crop and resize.
 - In the image editor, click Crop or Resize.
 - When you're finished editing the image, click Save new image.
 
Crop and resize images
To crop an image in the image editor:- Click Crop.
 - Click and drag the corners or edges of the image selector to adjust its dimensions.
 - Click the rotate rotate icon to adjust the image 45 degrees clockwise.
 - To optimize your image for a social media post, click the Custom dropdown menu and select Facebook, Instagram (Square, Portrait, or Landscape), LinkedIn, or X.
 - To crop by dimensions, enter the dimensions in the Crop (width x height) fields.
 - When you're finished editing the image, click Save new image.
 
To resize an image in the image editor:
- Click Resize.
 - Enter the dimensions for the image in the Size (width x height) field.
 - When you're finished editing the image, click Save new image.
