Manage your unused workflows

Last updated: November 17, 2025

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

To help organize your workflows, HubSpot will automatically add unused workflows to a separate tab on your workflows dashboard.

If you've opted into the Account Cleanup (BETA), you can also configure your settings to automatically delete workflows that are turned off and have not been edited in over 6 months.

Understand the Unused workflows tab

A workflow will appear in the Unused tab if it meets any of the following conditions:
  • The workflow is turned off.
  • The workflow has not executed any actions in the last 90 days.
A workflow will not count as unused if it's referenced by a list or another workflow.

Review your unusued workflows

To view your unused workflows:

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
  2. At the top of the workflows dashboard, click the Unused tab.
