Pay your HubSpot invoice with ACH

Learn how to pay your HubSpot invoice with ACH. You must be a billing admin to pay your HubSpot invoice.
Please note:
- This method of payment is currently only available for US-based customers
- ACH payments typically take between three to five business days to process. During this time, you may still receive past due payment notifications. You will stop receiving the notifications once the ACH payment has been processed.
Pay your invoice with ACH
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- Click the Transactions tab.
- At the top, you'll see the number of invoices due along with the total balance due. Pay all invoices at once by clicking Pay all invoices.
- To pay an individual invoice, click Pay now.
- If you have not set up your payment method, select Bank Account and enter the relevant bank account details.
- If you have already added your bank account, select Bank Account and select the connected bank account.
Change your payment method to ACH
To change your payment method from credit card to ACH:
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- Click the Subscriptions tab.
- Under Payment method, click Change.
- In the popup box, select Bank account and enter your relevant bank details. If you have already connected a bank account, select the bank account you want to make payment with.
- Click Save changes.
- In the popup box, review the requirements and click Authorize payment.
