Use Breeze Assistant to build custom agents and agentic automation in the agent builder by describing the agent in plain language. Breeze Assistant proposes a configuration, including goal, tools, and knowledge sources. This gives you a working starting point to review and refine, rather than configuring an agent from scratch.
For example, you can prompt Breeze Assistant "Create an agent that qualifies every new contact against our ICP criteria before a rep ever sees them". Breeze Assistant will propose a personalized setup, which you can adjust before it opens in the agent builder.
After Breeze Assistant generates a configuration, learn how to create and customize agents in the agent builder to further adjust instructions, add actions, and test before publishing.
Please note: you can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot's AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.
Before you get started
Before you create agents using Breeze Assistant, review the requirements and considerations.

- CRM data

- Give users access to Breeze Assistant
- For an overview of configuring your account for AI features, review how to set up a HubSpot account to adopt AI features.
