Manage workspaces, projects, and assets in HubSpot Work

Manage workspaces, projects, and assets in HubSpot Work as your team’s needs change. Use the AI assistant to rename workspaces, update access, and modify projects, tables, documents, forms, and AI agents with natural-language prompts. Manually delete workspaces, projects, and assets if needed.

Permissions required An assigned Core, Sales, or Service seat is required to manage HubSpot work.

Projects in HubSpot Work aren't related to the projects object or Breeze Assistant projects.Manage a workspace
To rename or update access to a workspace:
- In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Work Management. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Work Management directly.
- At the bottom of the screen, click the prompt bar.
- In the prompt text field, enter a prompt describing the name of the workspace you want to change and the new name or access level.
- Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
To delete a workspace:
- In the upper left, click the workspaces dropdown menu, then select the name of the workspace you want to delete.
- In the upper right, click the three horizontal dots icon, then select Delete workspace.
- In the dialog box, click Delete to confirm.
Manage a project
Use the AI assistant to make changes to your project. It's recommended to be specific about the changes you want or to add a rule such as ask me clarifying questions to your prompt.
- At the bottom of the screen, click the prompt bar.
- In the prompt text field, enter a prompt describing the changes you want to make.
- Press the Enter key on your keyboard.

Manage an asset
Use the AI assistant to modify tables, documents, forms, and AI agents. It's recommended to be specific about the changes you want to make to reduce the number of turns per conversation.
- At the bottom of the screen, click the prompt bar.
- In the prompt text field, enter a prompt describing the changes you want to make (e.g., create, edit, or delete).
- Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
