What should I do if HubSpot Academy videos are not playing?

If you encounter any loading or playback issues while watching Academy lesson videos, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • First, try close your browser, open it again, and then navigate back to the Academy video page.
  • Clear your browser cache
  • If you're using an ad blocker, this could potentially prevent videos from playing. Disable the ad blocker on your browser and then restart the browser. 
  • If the video is playing intermittently, decrease the quality by clicking the settings wheel to help it stream faster.
  • Certain extensions or plugins may cause video playback errors. Try disabling any enabled extensions or plugins one by one. 
  • Try loading the videos on another network or with the Wi-Fi turned off on your mobile device.
If the issue persists, you can help troubleshoot the issue by visiting whatsmybrowser.org and sending the link provided to HubSpot Support for further troubleshooting.
