What are inbound links?

  • An inbound link is a link from one site to another site. If your company's blog included a link to an article on the HubSpot blog, HubSpot would be receiving an inbound link from your site.
  • Within the HubSpot tools, an inbound link is a link to a page on your site from another site that has generated at least 1 visit.
    • Inbound links for your website pages can be seen in Reports > Page Performance > click on the number in the 'Links' column for a page.
    • Inbound links generating traffic to your website pages can be seen in Reports > Sources > click into the Referrals bucket.
