Delete social posts

You can delete draft, scheduled, or published social posts in HubSpot.

Delete draft or scheduled social posts

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Scheduled or Drafts.
  • Select the checkbox next to the post(s) to be deleted. 
  • Click Delete at the top of the table.

  • In the dialog box, click Delete x post(s) to confirm the deletion.

Delete published social posts

Please note: at this time, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+ posts can be deleted through HubSpot after they are published. Due to Instagram's API limitations, Instagram posts cannot be deleted through HubSpot once published and must be deleted directly on the Instagram platform.

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  • The Published section in the left sidebar menu will be selected by default. Click the social post you want to delete.
  • Click Delete in the upper right.
  • In the dialog box, click Delete 1 post to confirm deletion of the social post from HubSpot and the respective social account.
