  • Diagnose and troubleshoot any HubSpot software-related issues.
Limited Support

  • Recommend the appropriate developer resources.

  • Diagnose whether a problem with the custom code is due to issues with the code or HubSpot.
  • Identify the area in the custom code that may be causing the problem.
  • Write, edit, or implement custom code. Support is limited to protect your live environment.
  • If the problem is due to issues with the custom code and not HubSpot, support cannot recommend changes in the code. It is recommended to work with the original developer to fix the code.
APIs
  • Recommend which of HubSpot's public APIs to use for your business goals.
  • Diagnose whether an issue from an API call is due to HubSpot's APIs or a third-party problem.
  • Troubleshoot external API errors.
  • Troubleshoot payload errors.
Native integrations
  • Recommend native integrations to achieve your business goals.
  • Troubleshoot issues with native integrations built by HubSpot.
  • Troubleshooting may be limited due to lack of visibility. HubSpot support may require assistance with gathering information from the application. Troubleshooting is generally expected to take longer for integration issues.
 
Third-party integrations
  • Recommend third-party integrations to achieve your business goals.
  • Diagnose whether an integration issue may be due to your HubSpot setup, the third-party integration, or the external application that HubSpot is integrated with.
  • Recommend external resources to troubleshoot further.
  • Troubleshooting is generally limited as HubSpot support will not have any visibility into third-party integrations.
  • When troubleshooting third-party integrations, it is recommended to reach out directly to the team that built the integration. Any support resources and provider contact information will appear on the app listing page.
  • It is also recommended to check for more information on the Apps community.
