Delete a conversations inbox

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

You can delete an inbox from your inbox settings. Deleting an inbox will permanently remove it from your account along with any connected channels and chat targeted messages. You can also choose to delete associated conversation threads. These threads will no longer be accessible in the inbox, though the conversations will still be logged to the associated contact or ticket's record. Deleting an inbox can't be undone.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Inbox & Help Desk > Inboxes.
  3. Click the Current view dropdown menu and select the inbox you want to delete.
  4. Next to the inbox name, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Delete inbox.

  1. In the dialog box, to delete all conversations threads associated with the inbox, select the Delete all conversation threads checkbox.
  2. Click Yes, delete.
