Use AI with content remix in the content editor and index pages

Use Breeze, HubSpot's AI, to generate new content from existing pages or posts in the content editor or content index pages. For example, you can remix an existing website page into an email to share important information from the page with your customers. 

Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Before you get started

Before you begin working with this feature, make sure to fully understand what steps should be taken ahead of time, as well as the limitations of the feature and potential consequences of using it. 

Understand requirements

• To use remixing in the content editor or on web content index pages, you will need to toggle the Give users access to generative AI tools and features and Files data switches on in AI settings. 

Understand limitations & considerations

• A Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise account is required to generate social posts. The Marketing SMS or SMS Shortcode add-on is required to generate SMS messages.

Remix an existing page or post

• To remix content from the content editor:
  1. Navigate to your content:
     • Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
     • Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
     • Blog: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.
  2. Click the name of your content.
  3. In the content editor, click File and then Remix content.
  4. In the dialog box, select the checkbox next to each content type you want to generate. Click the upIcon increase or downIcon decrease icons to set how many pieces of that content type will be generated. 
  5. To use a template to generate new content, click on a template in the select a template to remix your content into section.
  6. When you’ve finished, click Remix.

• 7. In content remix, once your content has been generated, click its preview text. Then, view the full generated content in the right panel.
  8. In the right panel, click Save and edit in app to add the generated content to the related tool. Then, continue editing the content there. 
• To remix content from content index pages:
  1. Navigate to your content:
     • Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
     • Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
     • Blog: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.

• 2. Hover over the name of your content, click Actions , and then click Remix into another content type.
  3. In the dialog box, select the checkbox next to each content type you want to generate. Click the upIcon increase or downIcon decrease icons to set how many pieces of that content type will be generated. 
  4. To use a template to generate new content, click on a template in the select a template to remix your content into section.
  5. When you’ve finished, click Remix.
