With HubSpot Sales, you can use Contact Profiles to get context for the interactions your having with your contacts. When composing a message, a panel will appear on the right side of the compose window with information about the recipient, as well as a history of your interactions.
To enable Contact Profiles in Outlook:
- Within Outlook, click the HubSpot Sales dropdown in the main navigation ribbon, then select Configure.
- Click on the Settings tab and check the box next to Enable Contact Profiles.
To begin using Contact Profiles in Outlook:
- Return to your Inbox and compose a new message.
Add a recipient.
A side panel will appear featuring contact information, recent tweets, and a button to add the contact to your CRM (if you have Salesforce or the HubSpot CRM connected).
