How do I connect my lead flows and collected forms to MailChimp?

It is possible to connect your lead flows and collected forms with your MailChimp account to push contacts who submit your forms into specific lists in MailChimp.

HubSpot will automatically push new contacts who submit your form to your chosen MailChimp list, however it is important to note the following:

  • HubSpot will not retroactively push contacts who submitted your form before configuring these steps, only new contacts going forward.
  • HubSpot will not be able to sync with a MailChimp list that has additional required fields like County for example. Since HubSpot does not sync additional fields like this to MailChimp we will not be able to add them to your list. We recommend that you sync your form with another MailChimp list, or alternatively remove the requirement of these fields. Learn more here.
  • HubSpot is only able to trigger autoresponse emails using a MailChimp Professional subscription's automation tool. Learn more about these steps here.

 

Collected Forms

  • Navigate to your collected forms:
    • In your Marketing Free or Starter account, navigate to Collected Forms
    • If you are a Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise customer, navigate to ContactsCollected Forms. Please note: Collected forms is currently in beta for Marketing Basic, Professional, and Enterprise portals.
  • Click on Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
  • On the left hand side, click Email Sync.
  • Select MailChimp from the Email provider drop-down menu.
  • Click Connect to MailChimp.

  • Enter your MailChimp login credentials, then click Log In

  • Once connected, find the form you would like to push to MailChimp.
  • Click the Actions drop-down menu, then select Edit MailChimp lists.

  • Select the MailChimp list(s) to which you would like to push contacts.
  • Click Save.

Lead Flows

  • Navigate to your lead flows:

    • In your Marketing Free or Starter account, navigate to Lead Flows.
    • If you are a Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise customer, navigate to ContentLead Flows.
  • Click Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
  • On the left hand side, click Email Sync.
  • Select MailChimp as your Email Provider.
  • Click Connect to MailChimp

  • Enter your MailChimp login credentials, then click Log In.

  • Once connected, find the lead flow you'd like to push to MailChimp.
  • Click Edit.
  • At the top of the screen, select Options.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen to click Select lists.
  • On the pop-up screen, select the MailChimp list(s) to which you'd like the lead flow to push contacts, then click Save.
